The Debt Settlement Center (DSC) team is looking for a Head of the Functional Bankruptcy Team in the Management of Judicial and Non-Judicial Collection

Responsibilities

∙ Organizing the work of the team and functions: bad faith, transaction contestation, complaints to the Federal Service (ФУ), and protecting the interests of the Bank

· Goals:

∙ Number of clients not discharged from debt within the procedure (result of bad faith work (standard and hypothesis testing), transaction contestation, complaints to the Federal Service (ФУ))

∙ Work with the Federal Service (ФУ) (rating, complaints, increasing loyalty, suspension and disqualification),

· Operational process for working with bad faith / transaction contestation tools,

· testing hypotheses to expand the funnel for bad faith / transaction contestation,

· Initiating and developing new pilots / implementation and support

Requirements

∙ Higher education (legal, economic)

High level of organizational skills and responsibility

∙ Analytical mindset, communication skills, stress tolerance, ability to work in a multitasking mode

∙ Confident user of Excel, PowerPoint, Bank's AC (Automated System)

∙ Knowledge of 127-FZ, 230-FZ, 229-FZ

∙ Experience using various neural networks
