AI-Driven Marketing

• Champion the adoption of AI across the marketing organization to improve productivity, personalization, campaign performance, content creation, forecasting, and customer insights.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI technologies that create measurable business impact.
• Leverage AI to improve marketing operations, reporting, automation, and decision-making.
• Establish best practices and governance for responsible AI usage within marketing.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Leadership

• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing organization.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain exceptional marketing talent.
• Create a culture grounded in accountability, curiosity, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and executive leadership to align company priorities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the President of BetterCloud and executive leadership team on growth opportunities, market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive B2B technology marketing experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Proven success leading marketing for high-growth SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software companies.
• Deep expertise building and scaling demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong experience across product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, communications, brand, customer marketing, and marketing operations.
• Demonstrated success partnering with Sales to build an integrated revenue engine.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing metrics, attribution, forecasting, CAC, pipeline generation, and ROI.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar marketing budgets and allocating investments to maximize business impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing cloud management, SaaS management, cybersecurity, identity, governance, FinOps, CloudOps, or enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Experience leading marketing through periods of rapid growth, acquisition, integration, or organizational transformation.
• Experience marketing to CIOs, CISOs, IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Finance leaders.
• Experience building and scaling teams in a high-growth technology environment.
• MBA or equivalent executive leadership experience.

Compensation, benefits & logistics

• Salary Range: $300,000 OTE

• Location & travel: Remote - Limited Travel
