Key Account Manager — Alternative Payment Methods

Key Account Manager Required

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) — Alternative Payment Methods for the international fintech group Nota Group. Format — remote, full time.

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Maintain communication with clients (main channel — Telegram) and provide support ▫️Coordinate the preparation of settlement reports with the accounting team ▫️Interact with the technical team to monitor and improve payment processes ▫️Process client requests, resolve operational issues, maintain a high level of service ▫️Prepare and update reports on transactions and client activity

▪️We are looking for: ▫️Experience in account management / client-facing roles ▫️Understanding of alternative payment methods (Interac, Blik — will be a plus) ▫️Strong communication skills, experience in managing client chats ▫️Basic understanding of financial calculations and payment processes ▫️Self-organization, proactivity, willingness to work remotely

▪️Will be a plus: ▫️Experience in fintech / payments ▫️Understanding of settlement processes and reconciliation ▫️Experience interacting with tech teams
