Head of Floristry Studio / Chief Florist
WineWood Moscow is launching its own workshop for floristry, table art, and spatial decor.
We are looking for a leader who will launch the direction from scratch, form a team, and create the recognizable visual language of WineWood.
This is not a flower shop or a classic wedding studio. The main task of the Atelier is to shape the living environment of WineWood's mansions, restaurants, hotel, and events, and then to develop external private and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch the workshop operations: processes, team, procurement, warehouse, and production regulations;
- Formulate the visual code of WineWood Atelier and ensure its compliance;
- Develop floristic and decorative concepts for WineWood spaces;
- Decorate restaurants, the hotel, entrance areas, private dining, and seasonal installations;
- Create visual concepts for private and corporate events;
- Work with floristry, table setting, candles, textiles, vases, and object decor;
- Personally supervise the production, assembly, installation, and dismantling of key projects;
- Prepare estimates, calculate costs, and control profitability;
- Manage in-house florists, project teams, and external contractors;
- Interact with event, F&B, hotel, and marketing teams;
- Gradually develop external orders, corporate projects, and masterclasses.
Who We Are Looking For
- A chief florist, art director, or head of a floristry studio;
- Experience in team management and full-cycle project implementation;
- A strong portfolio in modern floristry and event decor;
- Deep knowledge of flowers, seasonality, materials, and production technologies;
- Ability to manage a project from brief and concept to procurement and installation;
- Understanding of cost price, write-offs, pricing, and studio economics;
- Developed visual taste and the ability to create a recognizable authorial style;
- A combination of creative thinking, operational discipline, and commercial approach;
- Readiness to be personally involved in the work, especially during the launch phase.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to create a new direction within WineWood Moscow;
- Own space for the workshop within the complex;
- A constant flow of projects from mansions, restaurants, the hotel, and the event department;
- The opportunity to form your own team;
- Access to WineWood's infrastructure and client base;
- Freedom in creating the visual language of the workshop;
- Prospect of developing an independent external direction;
- Work in Moscow, on Krasnaya Presnya;
- Compensation and motivation system to be discussed individually.
In Your Application, Please Provide
- A link to your portfolio;
- Which studio or team you managed;
- What budgets and volumes you were responsible for;
- Which implemented project you consider most representative;
- What role you personally played in that project.
