We are looking for a loss settlement specialist. He/She will interact with technical maintenance services, authorized dealers, and manufacturers to coordinate warranty and non-warranty repairs, as well as monitor the service centers' timelines for working with vehicles.

What tasks await you

Incident Review You will analyze vehicle incidents based on tickets, assess damages, and determine whether repair is needed and to what extent.

Repair Control You will select a service center, coordinate the work, and monitor the repair timeline and cost.

Documentation Management and Team Interaction You will conduct business correspondence, prepare reports, and regularly interact with the operations team and partners.

We expect you to

• Have experience in loss settlement or vehicle service, working with vehicle fleets or service stations
• Have interacted with service stations and authorized dealers
• Build working relationships with partners
• Know the technical structure of vehicles
• Understand the spare parts market
• Handle business correspondence and reporting
• Work with a large volume of tickets
• Work in a multitasking mode
• Make decisions quickly
• Meet deadlines and control work completion timelines
