Tasks:

• Full-scope service management (SPA, hardware and injection cosmetology, beauty salon)
• Professional team management, recruitment, and training of specialists
• Implementation of new technological solutions and development of service portfolio
• Procurement management for cosmetic products, equipment, and consumables
• Budgeting and report preparation for the CEO

Requirements:

• Experience working with VIP clients and in premium-level salons is mandatory
• Successful experience in SPA complexes, hotel business, cosmetology centers, or high-level beauty salons in the position of manager, development director, CEO, or operational director
• Higher education, additional training in modern knowledge in this field

Conditions:

• Reporting to the CEO
• Income from 500,000 rubles (salary 400,000 rubles per month + KPI)
