Yoga studio Sobaka Mordoy Vverkh is looking for a Manager with experience in managing a small business, but they will also consider motivated beginners with experience as a deputy manager or senior administrator.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring studio profitability:
- Increasing revenue (turnover)
- Improving utilization and conversion rates
- Enhancing service quality and customer experience
- Optimizing expenses
- Balancing the budget
Ensuring studio operational stability and its development:
- Premises, equipment, facilities maintenance
- Administrators, stable reception operations
- Instructors and scheduling
- Studio readiness for inspections, document organization
Conditions:
- 1 month paid internship (75,000 RUB) during which you will need to master the work at one of the network's operating studios
- Work schedule - full-time, Mon - Fri, approximately 9 AM to 6 PM (8 hours + lunch break)
- Salary 75,000 RUB + bonuses
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation

Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in the fitness industry; management experience will be an advantage
- Leadership qualities and the ability to achieve results despite difficulties
- Willingness to play as part of a team and not divide work into "mine" and "yours" – we are a small company and everyone does what the situation requires

- Ability to structure your time according to the situation, readiness for overtime during busy periods with opportunities for rest and recovery during calmer times
