The SFERA Yoga and Development Center is looking for a Development Manager.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a position no lower than Commercial Director/Manager, Development Director/Manager, Executive Director
- Experience in P&L management and budgeting
- Skill in forming and managing corporate culture
- Skill in planning, forming, and conducting client events with a clearly defined goal, concept, and target audience, influencing business metrics
- Experience interacting with state and private corporate structures is desirable
- Real cases of scaling through retention, referral programs, not just paid traffic
- Experience managing a multidisciplinary team (5+ people)
- Education – sufficient effective experience (relevant field or MBA is a plus)
- Experience in "soft" niches: yoga, fitness, wellness, beauty, service studios is desirable
Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing and Channel Management:
- Development and launch of an active marketing campaign through new channels
- Management of channel ROI, cost per lead (CPL), conversion from trial session to subscription
- Setup of a referral program and retention system (sales funnels, trigger emails, personalized offers)
Budgeting and Analytics:
- Formation and defense of the marketing budget to the owner
- Regular analysis of the St. Petersburg market (demand, competitors, seasonal dips) for profit predictability
- P&L management for the development direction: plan vs. actual, corrective actions for dips
Team and Corporate Culture Management:
- Setting KPIs for direct reports
- Organization of internal events (team building, holidays, training) and client events (open classes, retreats, themed parties)
- Implementation of an employee and client feedback system for improved retention
Change Management:
- Experience in soft implementation of new processes (without disrupting the existing "heartfelt" atmosphere)
- Ability to work in synchronization with the owner
