LitRes, an e-book and audiobook service, is looking for a Head of Author and Narrator Development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 4 people (community, special projects, digital).
- Plan the budget, set KPIs and OKRs, and monitor deadlines.
- Launch special projects: reformat the "Elektronnaya Bukva" literary award, a promotion school, an accelerator, a joint course with HSE, etc.
- Build a strategy for attracting authors and narrators (funnel, CAC, LTV, non-standard channels).
- Analyze metrics, test hypotheses (hands-on), and scale successful ones.
- Organize webinars and events with the community manager.
- Interact and build processes with cross-functional teams: product, marketing, brand, etc.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of management experience in marketing/growth/events/communications.
- Familiarity with the OKR system, ability to work with numbers and cross-functional teams.
- Not afraid of uncertainty, ready to generate and test hypotheses independently.
- Experience in B2B/B2C, IT, ecommerce, fintech, edtech will be an advantage.
