What you will be doing:

• Strategic management and consolidation of the L&D function: a team of 50+ people;
• Creating clear transparency of L&D processes both within the function and for key business stakeholders;
• Changing the content delivery paradigm: transforming for market realities, implementing new training approaches, adapting training content for extremely high management workload, developing micro-learning formats;
• Building a comprehensive, seamless learning and development picture for the team;
• Establishing trusting and authoritative partnerships with the company's top management;
• Acting as a strategic L&D consultant for C-level executives;
• Developing and implementing individual support programs and expertise scaling for key top managers and high-potential leaders.

What we expect from you:

• Experience managing large L&D teams;
• Experience building a unified L&D strategy from scratch;
• Experience working in large tech, dynamic companies (IT, E-commerce, Fintech, Retail) with a high pace of change;
• Practical experience in successfully redesigning training programs – transitioning from classic long formats to modern flexible approaches;
• Ability to digitize the results of the function's work, implement and track L&D performance metrics;
• Experience in direct interaction with the company's top executives (CEO, C-level);
• Practical experience in creating and launching development programs, facilitation, and coaching for top managers and key company talents;
• Ability to see the big picture and connect L&D initiatives with the company's global business goals.
