HR Business Partner for Learning and Development at Samolet Development Group
Samolet Development Group is looking for an HR Business Partner for Learning and Development.
Responsibilities:
- Support the business unit in the area of training and development for sales employees
- Build career paths
- Select educational content/employee development programs
- Organize external training within employee development programs in in-person and online/remote formats
- Develop methodology for educational materials for talent development programs
- Develop testing materials based on customer-provided materials
- Organize and conduct internal training in the LMS (ready-made course)
- Conduct employee assessments/testing based on training outcomes within educational products and projects
- Provide promotional support for training projects and products
- Liaise with partners on document flow and payments
- Conduct career development events (Career Days, career dialogues, etc.)
- Organize and conduct events (team sessions, strategic sessions, meetups, etc.)
- Develop methodological materials for educational products and employee development programs
- Organize and conduct internal training, and ensure the development of key areas of supervised divisions
Requirements:
- Proficiency in creating concepts, approaches, roadmaps for projects and processes
- Knowledge and ability to plan, organize, and conduct training
- Knowledge of methodologies and formats in educational programs, onboarding programs, and assessments
- Skills in analyzing the external and internal training market/opportunities, selecting optimal options for the Company
- Skills in coordinating all participants in the training process
- Skills in evaluating the effectiveness of training and development (knowledge of metrics, understanding which business indicators training can influence)
- Ability to identify business needs for conducting training or assessment events
