Business Trainer

Required experience: 3 to 6 years Full-time, 5/2 office

You will be working in the HR Projects Department.

The HR Projects Department team assesses and develops communication skills, manages career counseling projects, conducts trainings, facilitations, master classes, and business games.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1. Clarify and form the event plan for the future period, adhere to the current event schedule
2. Interact with internal clients (training customers: managers and business partners)
3. Conduct training events (online and offline): trainings, business games, webinars, interactive master classes, facilitations for target audiences: line managers, top management
4. Adapt information products: trainings, webinars, interactive master classes to specific requests
5. Analyze training results and provide post-training support

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:

1. Similar successful work experience of 3+ years
2. Proficiency in modern and alternative methods for developing personal effectiveness skills (business games, coaching, mentoring, facilitation)
3. Experience in conducting training events in online and offline formats
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
5. Ability to work in multitasking mode, quickly assimilate and interpret information
6. Experience in creating information products from scratch will be an advantage
7. Willingness for occasional business trips
