What you will do: • develop employee training, onboarding, and assessment programs; • administer LMS (SANA); • launch and improve talent programs (Buddy, HiPo, Leadership); • automate HR processes using AI; • work with managers and influence team development.
What is important: • 2+ years of experience in HR / L&D / Talent Management; • experience with training, performance review, and employee development; • English Intermediate+; • interest in AI and modern HR technologies.
