What you will be doing:

• Formulate and implement marketing promotion plans for partners on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
• Independently manage marketing campaigns from task setting to launch and final analysis: selections, mailings, samplings, advertising tools in the catalog, TV, outdoor advertising, and other channels;
• Prepare briefs, media plans, placement calendars, mechanics descriptions, presentation, and reporting materials for projects;
• Monitor the execution of approved placements, deadlines, volumes, materials, and the correctness of campaign implementation;
• Analyze promo campaigns: evaluate key marketing and commercial metrics, identify growth points, prepare conclusions and recommendations for future placements;
• Formulate regular reports on launches, promotion results, usage of marketing tools, and partner investments.

What we expect from you:

• Relevant work experience in marketing, trade marketing, retail media for at least 1 year, experience in e-commerce / FMCG will be an advantage;
• Experience in independently managing marketing campaigns: from planning and preparing materials to launch, execution control, and results evaluation;
• Ability to work with a large number of parallel tasks, structure processes, meet deadlines, and carefully control launch details;
• Experience in preparing marketing plans, media plans, briefs, presentations, reports, and working materials for internal teams or partners;
• Confident proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), experience with BI tools will be an advantage;
• Understanding of basic marketing and commercial metrics;
• Business communication skills: ability to clearly formulate tasks, gather feedback, record agreements, and build working relationships with multiple teams.
