Cargonomica, a logistics ecosystem, is looking for a PR Director.
Cargonomica is an IT ecosystem that reduces the cost of freight transportation. Since 2007, they have been automating processes and offering the best prices, helping the transportation business work more efficiently.
Cargonomica JSC's marketing department is seeking a new type of PR Manager — not just media relations, but managing brand awareness, reputation, and trust through all key channels.
Responsibilities:
- Forming and developing the awareness of the umbrella brand "Cargonomica" and individual business units.
- Developing and implementing PR and content strategies.
- Generating news leads and creating content based on business and product analysis.
- Managing the company's presence in channels: Media (federal and niche), social networks, blog, podcasts, bloggers and opinion leaders, review sites, and ratings.
- Ensuring SEO presence: achieving top-3 rankings for target queries, top-1 for brand queries.
- Reputation management: monitoring and managing reviews, maintaining ratings.
- Organizing and developing: client events, industry and business events.
- Conducting interviews with experts, partners, and the team.
- Managing comments and feedback in the public sphere.
- Interacting with contractors (PR, content, SEO, events).
- Preparing analytics and reports on results.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in PR / B2B brand communications in a relevant field.
- Experience working with multiple channels simultaneously (Media + Digital).
- Skill in creating strong content (texts, messages, positioning).
- Understanding of SEO and search promotion principles.
- Experience in reputation management (review sites, comments, crisis situations).
- Analytical and performance evaluation skills (reach, traffic, conversions).
- Ability to turn business data into clear and engaging content.
- Experience working with contractors.
