The Cargonomica logistics ecosystem is looking for a PR Director to be responsible for the recognition and reputation of the company, its service brands, and employer brand.
Objective of the position: To build managed public communications that strengthen the trust of clients, partners, investors, and employees in Cargonomica.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the PR strategy for Cargonomica and its service brands.
- Build relationships with media, bloggers, and industry platforms.
- Develop social media, podcasts, and expert content.
- Organize the company's and its speakers' participation in business events, ratings, and professional associations.
- Identify news triggers in the work of business units and transform them into market-understandable materials.
- Develop the employer brand.
- Manage reputational risks, reviews, and PR contractor work.
- Lead the PR team and evaluate communication effectiveness.

- Experience in PR and corporate communications, including team or project management.
- Ability to build PR for multiple products or business lines.
- Experience working with media, events, and expert content.
- Skills in crisis communications and reputation management.
- Ability to dive into the business and translate complex topics into compelling content.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in B2B, logistics, transport industry, or fintech will be an advantage.
