About the company: 🔸Infinity is one of the fastest-growing Russian skincare brands and the #1 razor brand in the e-commerce market! 🔸Since 2024, we have been residents of "Skolkovo". 🔸We already have a successfully operating content factory and a strong team of producers. 🔸We are actively growing and looking for another cool UGC producer to strengthen the direction, scale production, and boost company profits.
What you will be doing: 🔸Scale the content factory: form, brief, and manage your own team of at least 10+ UGC creators (active search, hunting, and expanding the pool of authors). 🔸Generate hypotheses and trends: monitor Russian and international TikTok / Reels / Shorts, collect trend packs, and constantly test new viral formats. 🔸Adapt meanings: translate trending mechanics and triggers to fit our brand positioning and products. 🔸Manage production: set clear technical specifications, select references, and strictly control the quality of outgoing content. 🔸Grow profits: correlate content activity with actual sales on marketplaces, digitize results, and maintain regular analytics.
Candidate Requirements: 🔸At least 6 months of experience as a UGC producer 🔸Confirmed practical experience with Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS/DRR): ability to digitize the impact of content on sales and create videos that bring net profit, not just reach. 🔸Portfolio / Case studies: real examples of successful viral UGC videos with commercial metrics (willingness to show numbers and reports). 🔸Deep understanding of the algorithms and virality mechanics of platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). 🔸Strong management skills: experience in independent creator hunting, building a technical specification system, and managing an author base. 🔸Systematic approach and productivity: ability to work with analytical tables and maintain order in reporting.
