Monetka is getting stronger!

Looking for people to join the Monetka team.

It seems it's time to expand the Monetka marketing team a bit 🙂

I'm currently looking for several people with whom I want to do a lot of interesting things and, importantly, see the results of my work not only in presentations.

Open positions:

— Head of Marketing Communications — we need a person who knows how to turn strategy into normal, live communications and is not afraid to take full responsibility for the result.

— Head of Retail Media — we will develop this area in Monetka and build a full-fledged advertising business on our online and offline media.

— Online Service CRM Manager — about the client, their behavior, segments, communications, and, of course, about how to turn all this into purchase frequency and retention.

— Internet Marketer — a person who loves digital, numbers, and knows how to link advertising tools with real business results.

We are looking for result-oriented experts with burning eyes and a desire to create.

Right now, a lot is happening at Monetka simultaneously. We are changing marketing, developing the brand, strengthening digital, CRM, and retail media, launching new projects, and in some places, literally building processes from scratch.

Therefore, I need not just people "with 5+ years of experience", but those who are interested in figuring things out, offering their ideas, debating, trying, and then seeing what the outcome is.
