Hair Coloring Category Brand Manager
We are the official distributor of a premium brand of professional hair cosmetics. We are looking for a Brand Manager who will take responsibility for the development of the coloring category and will be accountable for its commercial results, assortment strategy, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Category and Brand Management
- Develop and implement the strategy for the coloring category development.
- Assortment management: launch of new products, portfolio optimization, product delisting.
- Formulate positioning, key messages, and product argumentation.
- Manage the product lifecycle and ensure their effective market presence.
- Participate in the formation of the category's pricing policy.
Analytics and Performance Management
- Analysis of sales, margins, SKU performance, ABC/XYZ analytics.
- Prepare forecasts, reports, recommendations, and proposals for category development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and trade marketing activities.
- Monitor key category KPIs and make operational adjustments to achieve results.
- Work with Excel and analytical tools for data-driven decision-making.
Commercial Interaction
- Close collaboration with the sales department to achieve the category's commercial targets.
- Participate in sales plan formation and regional development.
- Support key clients and the commercial team with product expertise.
- Develop and manage promotional activities, loyalty programs, and special offers.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Interaction with the training department, trade marketing, and sales department.
- Prepare product materials for the commercial and training teams.
- Participate in the development of the marketing calendar and launch of federal activities.
- Support educational initiatives for salons and stylists.
- Work with the global brand team.
- Adapt international launches and marketing materials for the local market.
Our Expectations
- At least 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Category Manager.
- Experience in the beauty industry is mandatory; experience with professional hair cosmetics and the coloring category will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, analytics, forecasting), 1C, PowerPoint, and other software.
- Experience with assortment, pricing, promotional mechanics, and loyalty programs.
- English language proficiency of at least Upper-Intermediate (B2).
- Entrepreneurial approach, a high degree of independence, and accountability for results.
- Ability to effectively interact with various departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within Russia.
