IT Sourcer / Recruiter (part-time)

We are looking for an IT Sourcer on a freelance basis (part-time / project-based work) who will help strengthen teams with strong candidates.

✅ What you will be doing:

• Conduct sourcing for IT and non-IT specialists for specific vacancies
• Search for and attract candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, GitHub, and other sources
• Conduct initial screening (using prepared guides)
• Interact with recruiters and receive feedback on candidates

⚠️ What is important:

• 1+ year of experience in sourcing/recruitment
• Confident use of primary search channels (LinkedIn, HH, Telegram, Boolean Search, etc.)
• Excellent written communication skills
• Your own candidate database

➕ Will be a plus:

• Experience in hiring for fintech / crypto
• Having your own sourcing tools, techniques, or approaches
• Experience working with international markets
