Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner

What you will do: — Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, and operational roles — Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring strategy and sourcing plans — Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels — Maintain a high level of candidate experience — Analyze recruitment metrics and pipeline health — Support employee lifecycle processes — Work with performance management, retention, and employee relations — Partner with the leadership team on HR initiatives — Develop HR best practices and participate in policy development

What we expect: — Up to 5 years of general HR experience — 2–3 years of Recruiter experience in gamedev — mandatory — Full-cycle recruitment experience — Fluent Russian and English — Experience or understanding of the HR Business Partner role — Good understanding of HR processes and employment practices — Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — Experience hiring tech / product roles — a plus — Knowledge of ATS / HRIS — a plus — Experience with international or remote teams — a plus
