Business Development Manager, Tbilisi
__We are a licensed crypto exchanger in Georgia and actively growing in fintech.
We are looking for someone who will build partnerships and attract corporate clients. __
Responsibilities:
• Identification and segmentation of target clients.
• Development of an entry strategy for each segment: priorities, channels, pitch.
• Search and outreach: independent outreach to key decision-makers, initial negotiations.
• Active participation in business events, conferences, and industry meetings in Georgia (business trips are possible).
• CRM management: pipeline, statuses, communication history.
• Monthly analysis and reporting: what works, what doesn't, strategy adjustments.
Requirements:
• Residency in Georgia, Georgian language is mandatory.
• Russian language - fluent.
• English - Intermediate and above.
• Sales or BizDev experience of 3+ years.
• Ability to think strategically: understand where the money is and how to get it.
Will be a plus:
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or payment services.
• Own network in the auto, real estate, or gaming industry.
• Understanding of the specifics of the crypto market in Georgia.
