We are an international Web3 project and one of the top crypto exchanger aggregators. Our service combines offers from reliable partners, supports thousands of popular tokens, and finds the best market rates for the user.

Responsibilities: • Searching for and attracting partners (wallets, platforms, DeFi); • Conducting negotiations in English: presenting the product and closing deals; • Managing deals and pipeline in CRM (HubSpot); • Supporting partners until launch (compliance + integration); • Developing partners and growing volumes.

What we expect from the candidate: • 2+ years of experience in BD / partnerships in Web3 (crypto, DeFi, wallets, swap projects); • Experience with the full deal cycle: from attraction to post-integration growth; • Ability to explain a complex product (API, liquidity, cross-chain) in simple terms for business; • English B2+ (negotiations and correspondence); • Experience working with CRM (HubSpot or similar); • Remote work from any country except the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
