This role will involve marketing AI technologies and innovative products, developing and launching advertising campaigns, managing the department's budget, participating in annual planning, as well as coordinating document flow and internal team processes.
Responsibilities
- development and launch of advertising campaigns
- creation of creative ideas, brand style and product identity
- interaction with agencies,
- working on technical solutions for implementing product features, coordinating a comprehensive marketing strategy (360)
- analysis of funnels and identification of product growth points
- generation and implementation of hypotheses, analysis of competitors, audience segments, and market trends
- conducting benchmarking and evaluating channel effectiveness
- managing the direction's budget, participating in annual budget planning, coordinating document flow and the team's operational issues.
Requirements
- higher education
- marketing experience of 3+ years, including proven experience in organizing or promoting technological events (conferences, meetups, forums)
- project management skills, prioritization, and goal achievement
- readiness to test hypotheses, quickly master new tools, launch projects from scratch, and bring them to measurable results
- ability to forecast market trends, successful cases of implementing comprehensive 360 strategies, supported by analysis of key metrics
- team budget management experience
- high adaptability to multitasking, developed empathy, ability to build effective communication within the team and with external contractors
- experience working with AI tools.
