Recruiter for initial interviews

We are looking for a recruiter for Tochka Bank. Someone who will be responsible for selecting and assessing sales managers who fit our profile: ambitious, engaged, and sharing our values. Tochka Bank is a fintech company; we are creating an online bank and a system of services for businesses.

What you will do

• Conduct phone interviews with candidates interested in sales positions.
• Assess candidates against the required profile, identifying their strengths and areas for growth.
• Participate in projects to improve team processes.

You are a good fit if you have

• At least two years of experience in recruiting for sales or customer service roles.
• Experience conducting phone interviews.
• Proficiency in competency assessment tools.
• The ability to organize your work and complete tasks without constant supervision or reminders.
• The ability to easily connect with people and explain complex things in simple terms.

What awaits you at Tochka Bank

• Official salary from 100,000 ₽ + bonus. The exact amount depends on your skills and expectations – we will discuss them during the interview. This is the gross amount (before taxes).
• Five-day work week, with working hours from 9:00 AM Moscow time.
