We are an IT infrastructure team: servers, storage systems, virtualization, and data center solutions. We are looking for a junior contextual advertising specialist to work in Saint Petersburg. We have a clear, straightforward goal — to attract quality B2B leads, not just chase clicks.

- A junior contextual advertising specialist with basic skills in Yandex.Direct and Yandex.Metrica.

What the Job Entails
- Launching and managing campaigns in Yandex.Direct under the guidance of a mentor.
- Working with search, YAN, retargeting, and audiences.
- Collecting and cleaning semantics, grouping keywords.
- Formulating negative keywords and regularly cleaning search queries.
- Preparing ads, sitelinks, callouts, and other campaign elements.
- Monitoring bids, budgets, CTR, conversions, and cost per lead.
- Analyzing data in Yandex.Metrica and filling out reports.
- Identifying growth opportunities: new query groups, pages, and hypotheses for testing.

A Plus Would Be
- Experience with B2B advertising or in IT/telecom/SaaS.
- Understanding of CRM and sales funnel stages.
- Skills in working with Google Sheets/Excel.
- Experience working in a team with large advertising budgets.
