We are currently looking for a BPM Projects Manager to join our team.
Position Objective: To manage and support projects aimed at:
- achieving the Company's strategic goals;
- eliminating losses in business processes;
- strengthening the Company's competitive advantages in the market.
Your tasks:
- Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans based on agreed strategic goals within the group of companies, tasks, and deadlines. Structure tasks in the backlog, identify problems, and find solutions. Coordinate the actions of all project participants to achieve set goals. Ensure timely execution of tasks and preparation of materials/results. Implement suggestions for backlog adjustments.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and utilize available resources (time, people, materials) to achieve project goals.
- Communication: Ensure constant communication between all stakeholders, including the project team, management, and other departments/services. This includes regular progress reports on the project.
- Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve emerging problems and obstacles that may affect project execution.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Assess project progress at all stages, analyze results, and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Change Management: Be flexible in adapting to changes in project conditions or requirements, including managing stakeholder expectations.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary project documentation to ensure transparency and traceability.
What's important for success:
- Proficiency in project management knowledge;
- Understanding of business processes. Comprehension of internal and external company processes that need optimization;
- Work experience in a position with similar functional responsibilities for at least 2 years;
- Knowledge of theoretical foundations of project management (Waterfall, Agile, FDD, SCRUM);
- Proficiency in MS Office as a confident user, knowledge of 1C program;
- Knowledge of working methods in Jira/Confluence;
- Ability to work with requirements;
- Business negotiation skills.
