Project Manager (Game Development)

Hypemasters is an international game development studio creating competitive PvP strategy games for mobile and PC. We are looking for a Project Manager to help drive execution across the company and ensure projects move forward efficiently and at the highest quality level.

In this role, you will coordinate multiple projects across teams, manage company resources, and ensure that work is delivered on time and to a high standard. You will work closely with leadership and development teams to maintain clear priorities, remove blockers, and keep projects moving.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and comfortable challenging assumptions. The right candidate will push teams to find better and faster ways to deliver results while maintaining strong quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects across different teams
• Track project progress and ensure delivery timelines are met
• Manage company resources across projects to ensure efficient execution
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and work with teams to resolve them
• Ensure teams maintain high-quality standards rather than simply completing tasks
• Challenge timelines and task estimates where needed to drive faster and more efficient delivery
• Maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress in tools such as Jira and ensure visibility of priorities and blockers

Requirements

• Experience in project management within the game development industry
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
• An understanding of game production pipelines
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable with challenging assumptions and pushing for better solutions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with Agile workflows and project management tools (Jira or similar)
