The supplier of construction materials Sealing Materials invites to the team a Commercial Director whose goal will be to ensure the company's revenue and profitability growth through the organization of systematic sales.
Responsibilities:
Strategic sales development:
- Development and implementation of a commercial strategy across all channels: direct B2B sales.
- Market analysis, competitive environment of related segments, and regional opportunities; identification of growth points and entry into new markets.
- Formation of pricing policy, tariff plans, commercial offers, and product packaging in conjunction with management.
- Participation in strategic business development planning and sales budget formation.
Management of large contracts:
- Personal management of key deals, control over the execution of large projects.
Building and managing the commercial block:
- Formation, development, and motivation of the team: sales department, logistics, and other departments.
- Structuring roles within the sales department (searching for new clients/developing the existing base), implementing regulations, scripts, and standards.
- Setting up and controlling the sales funnel, implementing and optimizing the CRM system (Bitrix24).
- Developing a system for regular reporting, KPIs, and performance analytics.
Development of the client base and sales channels:
- Client portfolio management: retention, upselling, contract expansion, growth of average check and revenue share from existing clients.
- Building a system for working with key clients and improving the quality of customer service.
- Development of sales channels.
Financial management and analytics:
- Planning and control of revenue plan execution; analysis of deviations and corrective actions.
- Control of project and product profitability at all stages, acceleration of fund turnover.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a commercial director or head of sales in B2B.
- Knowledge of the construction materials market will be an advantage.

Conditions:
- Official employment: full social package (paid vacation, sick leave).
- Schedule: 5/2, from 8:30 to 17:30, no overtime.
