Director of Project Sales

📍for a large construction materials manufacturing company

Experience Requirements:

• experience with construction materials; preferably technically complex ones that require approval and inclusion in project documentation: facade materials, roofing, architectural glass, thermal, acoustic, sound insulation, engineering systems (ventilation, air conditioning), anti-corrosion and fire-retardant coatings, pipes. As a second priority, we can consider electrical engineering, lighting, power equipment, etc.
• experience with the project sales channel (experience building from scratch will be a plus). Experience working with industry design institutes or with design departments on the Client's side.
• confirmed management experience of 3-5 years or more. Experience managing teams of up to 20 people.
• experience managing territories: Russian Federation + CIS.

NOT willing to consider:

• other industries and products not related to construction.
• experience with other channels: DIY, retail, points of sale.
