The infrastructure unit of Sber is looking for a C/C++ developer to join a team responsible for creating and developing high-load enterprise-level systems.
The project is focused on high performance, minimal latency, and the use of modern engineering approaches.
Responsibilities
- Functional and system testing: manual testing of infrastructure services, verifying the interaction logic between software and hardware.
- Test environment management: deployment and full configuration of test benches "from scratch" within the Enterprise perimeter.
- Performance & Latency Validation: validating system performance, searching for and analyzing degradations at the microsecond level.
- Hardware-level troubleshooting: diagnosing issues related to the interaction between software and network adapters, server equipment.
Requirements
- Expert-level Linux: deep understanding of kernel subsystems, memory management, task scheduler, and input/output (I/O) subsystem.
- Network expertise: knowledge of the TCP/IP stack, experience with routing protocols, ability to analyze traffic of any complexity (Wireshark/tcpdump).
- Experience with Mellanox/NVIDIA: practical skills in configuring network interface cards (ConnectX), understanding RDMA, RoCE, DPDK technologies, and driver tuning for Ultra Low Latency.
- QA methodology: ability to build a testing process for complex system products, work with test plans and bug tracking (Jira).
- Scripting: proficient use of Bash/Python for automating environment preparation and collecting specific metrics.
