Sber's Corporate Communications team is looking for a PR Manager to work with the bank's strategic and branding projects, as well as communications for the "People and Culture" (HR) and ESG divisions.
Responsibilities
- PR support for major branding projects, special projects, as well as the "People and Culture" and ESG divisions
- Participation in the development and implementation of communication campaigns: searching for news hooks, formats, and platforms, initiating publications and special projects in the media
- Developing expert positioning for speakers and promoting Sber's priority topics in the media space
- Handling incoming media inquiries: gathering information, clarifying details, assisting in preparing comments and approvals;
- Preparing PR materials: news articles, columns, quotes, talking points, and other communication materials
- Reactive communication support and anti-crisis measures: prompt handling of inquiries and news events, participation in preparing the bank's position in anti-crisis communications
- Participation in the formation and maintenance of the media plan
- Gathering information and talking points upon request: figures, formulations, speaker biographies, project briefs
- PR support for events: preparing announcements, organizing media accreditation, integrating bank speakers into business events.
Requirements
- Higher education (journalism, PR, marketing)
- At least 5 years of experience in PR or journalism
- Understanding of the media market, as well as friendly connections with journalists and opinion leaders on social issues
- Proactive, able to defend your position with arguments, possesses systemic thinking
- Empathetic, communicative, stress-resistant, and able to work in a multitasking mode – both in a team and independently
- Skills in working with AI tools.
