Title: PR Manager for HR, ESG, and Image Projects of the Bank Company: SBER Location: Moscow Experience: 3 to 6 years

Sber's Corporate Communications team is looking for a PR Manager who will work with the bank's strategic and image projects, as well as communications for the "People and Culture" (HR) and ESG blocks.

Responsibilities

• PR support for the bank's major image projects, special projects, as well as the "People and Culture" and ESG blocks
• participation in the development and implementation of communication campaigns: finding news pegs, formats, and platforms, initiating publications and special projects in the media
• development of expert positioning for speakers and promotion of Sber's priority topics in the media space
• processing incoming requests from the media: gathering information, clarifying details, assisting in preparing comments and approvals;
• preparation of PR materials: news, columns, quotes, theses, and other communication materials
• reactive communication support and anti-crisis: prompt handling of requests and information triggers, participation in preparing the bank's position in anti-crisis communications
• participation in the formation and maintenance of the media plan
• gathering information and theses upon request: figures, formulations, speaker biographies, project summaries
• PR support for events: preparation of announcements, organization of media accreditation, integration of bank speakers into business events.

Requirements

• higher education (journalism, PR, marketing)
• 5 years or more of experience in PR or journalism
• understanding of the media market, as well as friendly connections with journalists and opinion leaders on social issues
• proactive, able to defend your position with arguments, possess systemic thinking
• empathetic, communicative, stress-resistant, and able to work in multitasking mode – both in a team and individually
• skills in working with AI tools.
