Vacancy Description: We are looking for a technical support engineer to support the company's IT infrastructure. The specialist will be responsible for user support, configuration and maintenance of computer equipment, network equipment, software, as well as troubleshooting technical faults and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of employee workstations. Suitable for young specialists who have recently graduated from university.
• Secondary vocational or higher technical education • Work experience in technical support of 1 year or more will be an advantage • Knowledge of Windows OS and office software • Understanding of the principles of computer networks and equipment operation • Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting PCs and peripherals • Experience with Active Directory will be an advantage • Responsibility, communication skills, customer focus
