An HR Director is required for the Chistopolye agroholding.

- Develop and implement a personnel strategy aimed at increasing economic efficiency, automating routine processes, launching an onboarding system from scratch, and building a long-term motivation system to achieve the holding's business goals.

Key Requirements:
- Experience: at least 5 years as an HR Director (HRD) in a large holding-type management company (manufacturing, agriculture, retail, processing).
- Education: higher education (human resource management, strategic management, economics).
- Additional professional education is welcome.
- Project portfolio: confirmed experience with examples of implemented projects (optimization, automation, change implementation).
- Knowledge: deep knowledge of the Russian Federation Labor Code. Fluency in tools: 1C:ZUP, CRM, Excel (advanced level), BI systems, SED (Directum, KEDO).
- Skills and personal qualities: systemic and strategic thinking, leadership, change management, analytical skills, communication skills, flexibility. Ability to set priorities correctly, willingness to build partnership relations and make decisions in conditions of uncertainty.
Main Functionality:
Strategy and Optimization:
- Development and implementation of the holding's personnel strategy.
- Analysis of the current efficiency of the organizational structure and staffing of the holding, implementation of changes.
- Participation in planning and budgeting together with the executive directors of agrofirms and TOP management.
Performance and Budget Management:
- Analysis and implementation of proposals for increasing the economic efficiency of the staffing and wage fund budget.
- Creation and control of the staffing and wage fund management system.
Corporate Culture and Development:
- Formation and implementation of corporate values, culture, and work standards.
- Development and implementation of a long-term material and non-material motivation system.
- Development and implementation of an onboarding program for new employees at all levels.
Regulatory Framework and Security:
- Updating the regulatory framework: job descriptions, work with materially responsible persons, etc.
- Control of compliance with labor legislation and ensuring personnel security.
Operational Management and Digitalization:
- Management of the HR department and recruitment department (20 people) + functional management of local specialists in agrofirms (21 people).
- Automation of HR processes, implementation of HR metrics and analytics for decision-making.
- Implementation of AI assistants and digital solutions for automating routine and standard tasks.
