We are currently looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer / BizDev Manager for a fast-growing international B2B SaaS product.
💰 Income level: $48,000 – $72,000
🌍 Market: USA (priority), Canada, Australia;
💼 Employment: full time;
📍 Work format: fully remote (contract employment via Deel.com)
Responsibilities:
- Launching sales from scratch: working as an individual contributor — independently seeking leads, testing hypotheses and segments, reaching out to clients, and closing deals;
- Building an outbound system: designing the outbound mechanism, automating processes, implementing AI for personalization and setting up triggers based on external signals;
- Selling value: deep understanding of client pain points (HR, Legal, Tax, Education), translating editor functionality into measurable business value;
- Working with data: setting up funnel forecasting from scratch in CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive), conducting A/B tests of communications (Email + LinkedIn) and analyzing metrics;
- Product influence: collecting quality market feedback to передать to the development team.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B SaaS / subscription models in international markets (experience with the US market will be a key advantage);
- Hunter profile: high speed, drive, readiness for experiments, autonomy in decision-making, and resilience to startup uncertainty;
- Understanding of SMB / mid-market segments, while being ready and able to handle large deals;
- Technical proficiency, openness to modern sales tools and outreach process automation;
- English language — level C1 / strong B2 (there will be a live English check without preparation during the interview).
