We are looking for an IT Risk Manager for Tochka Bank. We are building an online bank and a ecosystem of services for businesses. Our team has over 6,000 employees, and our services are used by over 800,000 clients.

About the team

The IT risk management and operational reliability team consists of specialists from various fields: operational risks, information security, internal audit, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update documentation for IT risk management, operational reliability, and outsourcing risk in accordance with Bank of Russia Regulations №716-P, 850-P, 779-P, 242-P.
• Organize and support regular testing of the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan (BCP/DRP).
• Manage the accounting and control of critical architecture according to the requirements of Regulations №850-P, 779-P.
• Identify IT outsourcing in the bank's processes, analyze outsourcing risks, and establish processes to comply with regulatory requirements for outsourcing risk management.
• Prepare management reports on IT risk and regulatory reports on operational reliability in form 0409072.
• Adapt current processes to regulatory requirements, set requirements for business units, and monitor their execution.
• Enhance systems for automation, optimization of processes, and risk management procedures.
• Interact with the Bank of Russia on risk management issues, prepare responses to inquiries.
• Advise internal teams on compliance with Russian Federation legislation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in banking.
• Knowledge of regulatory acts governing IT risk, outsourcing risk, business continuity, and operational reliability: 716-P, 850-P, 779-P, 242-P, 18-MR, GOST 575.
• Experience in organizing or maintaining the accounting and control of critical architecture.
• Ability to build internal banking processes, define technical specifications for their optimization and automation.
• Experience in writing Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, ITSM systems, CMDB, GRC, or similar tools.
