Due to team expansion and project scaling, Centicore Group is looking for a CRM Project Manager for a banking project.

Project: Focus: CRM. The project goal is to decompose the cohort profitability model of credit cards down to the contract level and build an OLAP cube where all profitability items and key parameters will be available with the required analytical detail.

Experience and domain expertise:

• Over 5 years of experience in finance, analytics, or data warehousing, mandatory in a bank;
• Practical experience in developing data marts and OLAP cubes;
• Understanding of the methodology for calculating the profitability of banking products, including credit cards: interest and commission income, funding cost, cost of risk, operating expenses.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the current cohort model for calculating credit card profitability and its decomposition to the contract level;
• Development of a methodology for allocating income and expense items to individual contracts;
• Development of a data mart and implementation of calculation logic;
• Designing the OLAP cube structure: dimensions, measures, hierarchies, granularity;
• Approval of the methodology with stakeholders: business, risk, management accounting departments;
• Validation of calculation results, reconciliation with the current cohort model;
• Preparation of documentation on the methodology and data mart architecture;
• Transfer of the solution to production and user support during implementation.
