- Collect requirements for launched campaigns, describe technical specifications
- Ensure the loading of target tasks for communication in channels according to requirements
- Formulate requirements for communication materials, relevance of information within the scope of secondary telephone sales campaigns
- Formulate technical specifications for reporting development
- Formulate and maintain a unified backlog of customer activities, control task execution deadlines
- Control the quality of launched campaigns
Our requirements for candidates
- Higher education
- Experience in secondary sales or customer relationship management (loyalty, target marketing)
- Experience as a CRM manager for at least 2 years
- Experience in developing, launching, and operationally managing target campaigns
- Skills in working with Jira and Sas
- Willingness to visit the office
