Campaign Manager
We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join the Transactional Banking team within the Sales Targeted Campaigns and Client Development division.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign launch and analytics: configuration and launch of communications across all available bank channels;
- Calculation of forecast metrics before launch and factor analysis after launch;
- Daily monitoring of conversion rate (CR) and click-through rate (CTR);
- Preparation of technical specifications for target audience definition for the analyst;
- Briefing creative teams on the development of communication materials;
- Making early decisions on campaign success. If key metrics do not reach cutoff values, exclude the campaign from the communication plan;
- Funnel management: decomposition of the current sales funnel;
- Identifying growth points: formulating hypotheses for improving each stage and testing them through A/B experiments in campaigns;
- Backlog and planning: end-to-end backlog management: prioritizing tasks for the sprint in collaboration with stakeholder teams;
- Developing a communication plan;
- Preparing regular digests on the effectiveness of the area.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of banking products; experience with credit products (preferred);
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications and CRM;
- Confident knowledge and experience in applying AI in marketing and personalization;
- Excellent knowledge of modern digital marketing tools;
- Ability to build effective relationships with people and teams, and independently resolve conflict situations;
- Proficient in: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
