In connection with the expansion of the team and scaling of projects, Centicore Group is looking for a CRM Project Manager for a banking project.

Company: IT company Centicore Group Position: CRM Project Manager Location: Remote in Russia Salary Range: 400,000 - 440,000 rubles net Citizenship: RF only

Project: Direction: CRM. The project's task is to decompose the cohort model of credit card profitability to the contract level and build an OLAP cube where all profitability items and key parameters will be available in the required analytical detail.

Experience and domain expertise:

• At least 5 years of experience in finance, analytics, or data warehouses, mandatory in a bank;
• Practical experience in developing data marts and OLAP cubes;
• Understanding of the methodology for calculating the profitability of banking products, including credit cards: interest and commission income, funding costs, cost of risk, operating expenses.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the current cohort model for calculating credit card profitability and its decomposition to the contract level;
• Development of a methodology for allocating income and expense items to a separate contract;
• Development of a data mart and implementation of calculation logic;
• Design of the OLAP cube structure: dimensions, measures, hierarchies, granularity;
• Coordination of the methodology with interested departments: business, risks, management accounting;
• Validation of calculation results, reconciliation with the current cohort model;
• Preparation of documentation on the methodology and data mart architecture;
• Transfer of the solution to production and user support during the implementation phase.
