A premium resort complex Mriya is looking for a Financial Business Partner (Commerce and Marketing).

Responsibilities:
- Financial partnership with the company's Commerce and Marketing business units (sales and marketing for the entire resort).
- Budget and forecast management for commerce and marketing; execution control, variance analysis, preparation of cost optimization proposals.
- Analysis of marketing and commercial activities (advertising campaigns, promotions, special projects) with an assessment of their impact on revenue and profitability.
- Regular management reporting on the commercial and marketing block (revenue, expenses, gross and operating margin, indicators by channel and product) with conclusions and recommendations.
- Participation in the development of pricing and discount policies, loyalty programs, and commercial offers with an assessment of financial consequences.
- Search and implementation of cost reduction reserves and efficiency improvements in the following areas: hotel, restaurants, medical center, laundry, wine and cheese production, etc.
- Building productive relationships with the heads and teams of the business units in the area of responsibility, as well as with adjacent departments to achieve common goals.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education (economics/finance/accounting, analysis and audit).
- At least 3 years of experience in finance in a similar position in large commercial companies. Experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Budgeting and management accounting skills; P&L analysis by business segment; preparation of management reports for leadership.
- Analytical skills: financial analysis and forecasting, cost structure optimization.
- Proficient in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, logical functions), PowerPoint.
- Experience with 1C UH, ERP.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, strategic approach, developed communication skills, results-oriented.
