Inventive Retail Group is the operator of leading retail chains (restore:, Samsung, Street Beat, Mir Kubikov, Amazing Red, Unode50, Hiker). We are looking for talent for the development and production department of our own clothing brand Street Beat, Amazing Red, Hiker!
Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of a private label development strategy for the Street Beat, AMAZING RED, and Hiker brands.
- Analysis of global and local streetwear/sports fashion trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive environment.
- Formation of the assortment matrix: categories, price segments, synchronization of private label with external brands.
- Management of the full product cycle: from idea and technical specifications to production, market launch, and sales analysis.
- Work with foreign factories (China): partner search, negotiations, control of production deadlines and quality.
- Assortment planning, pricing, and SKU margin management.
- Inventory management and development of solutions for stock reduction.
- Sales development across all channels: retail, e-commerce, marketplaces (Ozon, Wildberries, Lamoda).
- Cross-functional interaction with procurement, marketing, retail, and foreign economic activity departments.
- Management of a team of product managers and designers: task assignment, development, and performance control.
Our requirements for the candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in fashion/sports retail or e-commerce, including 3+ years of managing private label.
- Launching collections from scratch: from concept and design to production and market launch.
- Experience working with factories in China: negotiations, production, quality control, logistics.
- Knowledge of assortment management, margin, and inventory control tools.
- Understanding of private label development principles in multi-brand retail.
- Experience in effective interaction with procurement, marketing, and retail teams.
- Focus on business results: profit growth, turnover, and stock reduction.
