Seeking a BD Manager
Company: NDA Work format: remote, full-time Candidate location: outside of the Russian Federation and Belarus
We are an international Web3 project and one of the top crypto-exchanger aggregators.
Responsibilities**:** • Finding and attracting partners (wallets, platforms, DeFi); • Conducting negotiations in English: product presentation and closing deals; • Managing deals and the pipeline in CRM (HubSpot); • Partner support until launch (compliance + integration); • Partner development and volume growth.
What we expect from the candidate: • 2+ years of experience in BD / partnerships in Web3 (crypto, DeFi, wallets, swap projects); • Full cycle deal experience: from attraction to growth after integration; • Ability to explain a complex product (API, liquidity, cross-chain) in simple terms for business; • English B2+ (negotiations and correspondence); • Experience with CRM (HubSpot or equivalent); • Remote work from any country, except the Russian Federation and Belarus.
