We are looking for a Commercial Partner / B2B Sales / BizDev for Novij Protocol – an infrastructure platform for secure business applications and modular B2B services.

We need someone to help bring the project to market: find the first clients, B2B pilots, integrators, sales partners, and real business cases.

What you will do:

• search for and qualify potential B2B clients;
• engage with integrators, IT companies, consulting firms, and sales partners;
• arrange calls, presentations, and pilot implementations;
• help package the commercial offer;
• gather market feedback;
• test different customer acquisition channels;
• drive interest to a deal or the next concrete step.

Who we are looking for:

• experience in B2B sales, BizDev, marketing, or partnerships;
• understanding of IT, SaaS, ERP, CRM, integrations, or corporate software will be a plus;
• ability to write first, communicate with entrepreneurs and managers;
• readiness to work with an early-stage product;
• independence, initiative, and results-orientation.

Conditions:

This is not a classic vacancy with a fixed salary. The format is discussed individually: a percentage of sales, bonuses for deals, equity, tokens, or a combined model.

Part-time and remote work are possible to start with. What matters is not the schedule, but the result: leads, meetings, pilots, partnerships, and first sales.
