We are making the long-term rental market convenient and technological — helping people find housing and rent out apartments without stress. Now we are looking for a strong analyst who will grow the product and business through data.

The tasks are very diverse, you will be involved in: • Figuring out why some apartments are rented out in an hour, while others hang for months • Developing matching mechanics and tenant distribution between apartments • Digitizing the agency direction (attracting apartments through realtors) • Inventing non-standard A/B tests with network effects on a two-sided platform

Tasks at the intersection of data, economics, and user behavior — if this resonates with you, we are on the same path.

What's important: • Advanced SQL and Python • Experience in statistics and mathematical modeling • Systems thinking and the ability to structure business problems

Will be a plus: experience with matching/recommendations, marketplaces or classifieds, pricing.
