Account Manager

Exit Five is hiring an Account Manager. $100k base salary. Remote (US & Canada only).

Three years ago we started building our sponsorship business. It quickly took off. Then we hired Anna Vermillion and she became all things to our sponsors: sales, account management, even creative services.

This year we've worked with 20 different sponsors, and our renewal rate is above 90%.

I think that has a lot to do with how we work with them. We like to partner with them. We think of ourselves as distribution + a creative agency. That means we align on marketing strategy, content topics, offers and we even write their ads ourselves (mostly Anna and Dave).

We've come a long way with sponsors, but we're ready to take the next big step. We have an A+ content team, we have an A+ account manager in Anna. Now we're looking for someone with an account management background to partner with Anna and help us build out the 2.0 version of account management at Exit Five.

Preferred background:

• B2B account management.
• Preferably some marketing experience too.
• Smart, organized, Type A personality with a team-first mindset.
• Ready to work hard for our sponsors, with a few years of account management experience to help us level up.
