We at S8Crypto are entering a phase of active development and preparing for a transformation into a full-fledged crypto bank. Now we are looking for a #BA with experience in blockchain/fintech, who will help us systemically develop and create several products, acting as a link between business, users, and the development team.

📌 What you will need to do:

• Analyze and formalize requirements for fintech products (transactions, payments, integrations) taking into account regulation
• Design solutions and model processes (BPMN/UML)
• Work with the backlog: write specifications, User Stories, and participate in release planning
• Support tasks from idea elaboration to implementation and validation with QA

📌 What is important to us:

• Relevant experience in FinTech or Blockchain
• Ability to work with requirements of any complexity
• Ability to find common ground with both business and development
