Who We Are Looking For:
We need an independent professional capable of combining an analytical approach with project management. You will report directly to the Head of the Marketing Department and be responsible for the comprehensive promotion of our services, interaction with contractors, and support of all marketing channels.
What You Will Do:
- Website Management: administration of the corporate website and work on improving its functionality.
- Promotion Channel Management: evaluating the effectiveness of targeted and contextual advertising, working with online catalogs, and organizing comprehensive mailings.
- Contractor Interaction: developing technical specifications (TS) and coordinating the work of external contractors.
- Material Development: creating advertising materials (from digital layouts to printing and promotional products).
- Analytics and CRM: working in the Bitrix24 and Roistat systems, monitoring marketing metrics, and evaluating channel effectiveness.
- Coordination: assisting the Head of Department in project implementation and interaction with other company departments.
What We Expect from You:
- Experience as a marketer (preferably in B2B or the service sector).
- Experience successfully managing Avito accounts (understanding algorithms, working with tariffs, promoting services, ability to write catchy headlines and descriptions).
- Website administration skills and understanding of UX/functionality improvement principles.
- Ability to set clear technical specifications and control the results of contractor work.
- Experience with advertising tools (contextual, targeted, catalogs).
- Experience with Bitrix24 will be an advantage.
- Basic graphic design skills and understanding of the specifics of preparing layouts for printing. (CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop).
- Systematic approach, literacy, and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
