About the Role**

We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for developing the process of managing access to AI tools and controlling the AI budget within TBC Bank.

The role involves building a transparent system for managing AI usage: from granting access and budget allocation to analyzing the effectiveness of model usage and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

In the future, this area may grow into a full-fledged internal product that will allow managing access, budgets, and the usage of AI tools at the company-wide level.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the process of granting access to AI models and control their usage costs.
• Formulate task value criteria and allocate the AI budget among teams, roles, and tasks based on these criteria.
• Establish a transparent reporting system for actual and projected AI expenses.
• Define AI usage effectiveness metrics and identify cost optimization opportunities based on them.
• Research the market of AI models and providers, comparing the cost and effectiveness of various solutions.
• Initiate and coordinate user migration to more efficient and cost-effective AI solutions.
• Interact with Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Analytics departments on matters of budget, access, data, and AI usage.
